Somatic Movement & Meditation
Somatic Movement & Meditation is a gentle, embodied class that invites you into deeper connection with your body through mindful movement and guided meditation. Each class offers space to slow down, tune into internal sensations, and support nervous system regulation through intentional, accessible practices. This class emphasizes presence, self-attunement, and integration—supporting rest, resilience, and reconnection with your body.
Classes meet every 4th Monday at 5:30pm CST.

The Somatic Toolbox
The Somatic Toolbox is a skills-based class focused on learning and practicing simple, effective somatic tools to support nervous system regulation. Each class introduces one or two somatic skills, with guided time to practice, notice what arises in the body, and gently process the experience. This is an educational and reflective class designed to build awareness, capacity, and confidence in using somatic practices in everyday life.
